    The practice nurse was brilliant. She went over and above. She was very discreet when doing a smear test. She looked at a wound that was healing and even gave me the flu jab.

    I needed urgent daily care for a few weeks after a surgical procedure and the team at Chatfield have been extremely accommodating and have gone out of their way to accommodate all appointments at such late notice. Very very grateful to the reception and medical team at Chatfield.

    This was for a B12 injection. The appointment was in time and the nurse who did it was excellent (welcoming and efficient). Couldn't wish for better!

    I booked in to see a doctor however when I got into the room it was a physician’s assistant and therefore they were extremely under qualified to deal with my healthcare issue. I left the appointment having had no resolution or information but instead me correcting the physicians assistant a few times on what they suggested for my healthcare issue.
