    On attending the surgery due to pains, l am unable to undress for examination. To my greatest surprise my GP assisted me in and also in dressing up after the physical examination. She was attentive to my complaints, with close attention to every details and took time to explain every investigation that l was sent or asked to do. I have never received such attention since 1994. More so, very empathetic to my groaning due to pains during the examination

    I came fir my 840am appointment I arrived at 833am inly to be told my appointment is at 9.00am which I did but I did have an 840 appointment with the nurse. I had to rebook at 220 I am not happy because it wasted my time and the nurses time though the receptionist is new as I never seen her before

    The staffs are often very helpful in your care. The last two doctors appointments we had this year; one for me and the other one for my daughter both doctors were very informative and helpful to our care. They listened to us and gave good recommendations. Thanks to these doctors and all the staffs at the surgery. We are grateful for your continued dedication and support always.

    I had a prearranged consultation for 11:00 in the morning. The doctor phoned me at that time and we had a comprehensive review of my medical situation, and agreed a course of action. Excellent.

    Referred back by adistrict nurseswho may or may nit have issues but listened to and acted upon. Upon reaching old age it really is just a number but feelings,intelligence, & recognition of mendacity remain high and can be hurtful plus a bad mark on those who treat us as expendable.Well done ladies & gentsxof Chatfield.     I have been a patient at Chatfield Health Care for over 20 years and in that time I have always managed to get appointments quickly. The doctors and nurses are exceptional and go out of their way to help you.

    Helpful, accommodating, thorough, and very proactive. Can’t speak highly enough of this practice. They always try to fit you in if they can. Only minor criticism is that they cannot arrange appointments by texts.

    This is how people can end up in neglect. I waited 3 weeks for a telephone appointment only for the doctor not calling me. When I called the surgery it was closed. I dont understand how you have got away with your treatment. Is it because you clearly do not care about people and you are all selfish and just there to draw a wage. You are all terrible and I cannot Express further how terrible you actually are.
