Got seen quickly, dr and receptionist really helpful but had to go in and book appointment which isn’t always possible. You can never get through on the phone

Even though there's different staff the nurses are always easy to talk t o and help you through stressful situations, and are quick and efficient

Great customer service. Fast and not a long wait at all. Dr. prior to my appointment gave me clear instruction and practical advice to keep myself in check with my health and wellbeing.

Very polite and informative. Also patient and gave good advice what to look out for. It was also comforting to be told someone would be following up on how ai get on with the medicine.
