Extremely professional and responsive to patient's needs. Took time to listen and assess, provided information, answered questions and advised what to do if things worsened as the weekend was approaching.

All of the doctors have done an amazing job with their clients in which they have appointments with them. The service is impeccable and I wouldn’t change anything

The ladies that are on reception are very friendly and helpful. The doctors are great ! Always got good advice and it’s never too much to ask for more help

Good follow up on tests, reassuring advice given and all round professional attention to me. Self check in system doesn't work well as it forgot me for 45 minutes and human interaction was required. No complaints and happy to use that practice in the future.

My appointment was over the phone and wasn't really appropriate. The nurse asked if I could send a photo of what needed attention in regards to the call. That wasn't possible due to I was talking to the nurse whilst being on public transport. I did get the referral and I'm waiting to hear from St George's, but if you need to see to get the picture, than an over the phone description, have face to face appointments instead.

My call was on time, the Doctor l spoke to explained everything to me, explained what it might be. Made a referral for me and reassured me. He was very pleasant and professional. Very pleased with my appointment.

Phone consultation, sorted out prescription the doctor taking the call had awareness of my condition so this was well informed, I think under these situation phone consultation works well.
