    GP fantastically supportive when I went to discuss my recent cancer diagnosis with here. Explained details of hospital report and suggested local support organisations.

    I have had a few appointments this past 12 months and I'm glad to say the referrals are done speedily and efficiently. Prescriptions are done quickly, and iv never hd a problem. There is a long wait to be answered when ringing the surgery, and there is a long wait to see the doctor of your choice. Other than those moans, it's a good practise.

    It was easy to book an appointment and the next one for the blood test was almost immediate. Nothing wrong to report.

    I'm grateful for finding this practice. Whenever I have concerns about my little one's health, I get either an appointment or telephone call from one of the GPs on the day.

    I find the staff and the doctors helpful, caring and friendly whenever I use them. An appointment can usually be made quite quickly.

    After I explained that the call was in response to test results from a month ago (first appointment I could get 4 weeks after I was asked to discuss the results) the doctor finally read all my test results & was quite helpful. It’s a pity that I had to wait 4 weeks to discuss these.

    Once you get an appointment it’s ok but it can take 4 weeks to get one. It’s frustrating because the doctor only reviews your notes when you have tne appointment

    Received.telephone call from GP to inform and explain the results of routine blood tests. The GP call at the time expected and I was thoroughly informed of the results with simple explanations and advise given accordingly I was offered to raise any other query or seek any other advise The caller was very polite, professional and helpful

    Great professional advice. Very empathic listening by the doctor. The practice has always appeared to be well organised. I am kept up to date with all vaccines, appointments and Bank Holiday arrangements.
