I have been granted an appointment with the GP of my choice within 24 hours. Initial tests were done the same day and the response was received within 24 hours. The referral to the specialist has been done next day. You can’t expect a better timing

Constantly trying to stop my sleeping tablets completely, happy with 13 but now still asking for review despite my history of generalised anxiety. I feel now that get anxiety when I probably need to talk to doctor about other things including cancer chr k up but I get too anxious.. not felt understood

The Doctor i saw on this day is amazing. She really listens and helps you with her knowledge and experience. At times goes above and beyond. Very kind lady and considerate and all staff at my doctors are great. From reception to doctors.

Got an appointment with a nurse quickly for immunisation and blood test. Was seen very quickly, nurse was efficient, kind and polite. Explained everything clearly. Procedures were painless

Practice had a bad patch a few years ago, difficult to speak to/see the same doctor each time. Some doctors really didn't seem to care much. Now improving hugely. Good follow up as well.

The PA role is relatively new to general practice and we are very lucky to have three in post. They work with the GPs and we look to them to help provide good quality care. I arrived early and was attended before my scheduled time. The nurse was very kind and friendly and put me at ease (blood test, not a fan of the needles). The ladies at the reception are also always very friendly and helpful.
