Following a hysterectomy earlier this year I have had a few post op symptoms which worried me. After eventually making an appointment I was seen that morning. The GP listened properly, was sympathetic and took time to explain why it has been happening and ordered a further test.I feel reassured and so lucky to attend such a caring practice

I transferred to this practice about 9 months ago and am very pleased with everything. It is entirely different from my previous doctor's practice where I waited over a month for a telephone consultation and received abrupt texts forbidding me from trying to call in to the surgery. With Chessington Park I have been offered in person appointments on the same day and have been taken seriously and given time and careful attention. I have been referred on immediately for further tests and advice. I have left feeling quite amazed at the difference in approach and appreciative of the care. Thank you.

After requested an appointment, I was seen by the GP very quickly. A Scan was requested, once I got the results, I was seen by the physiotherapist which was an amazing professional. The surgery team, went above and beyond, they've help me all way through and for that I am very grateful.

I don't have much of a problem with the practice in general. Was seen 1st Aug and my GP went above and beyond to help me.

My husband I both had appointments yesterday to see a Doctor and a Nurse. We were both more than satisfied with the care and efficiency from both. They showed kindness and caring, took their time and explained things. The Doctor found an issue following some results and phoned me first thing this morning, spending some time explaining and discussing things. We are really happy to be patients of Chessington Park Surgery - compared with what I hear from friends at other surgeries we certainly seem to have 100% the best. Thank you to all the Doctors, Receptionists and behind the scenes people who all make up such a great team.

Today my sick wife wanted to contact the doctor. You can't make an appointment online! My wife went to the GP, but they didn't want to see her despite having a fever and feeling very bad. They sent her home and told her to wait for the prescription - despite the lack of an examination! After some time, she had to go to the GP again to collect a prescription that was for someone else - the wrong medicines were issued! For the third time, my sick wife had to go back to the GP! Scandalous service to a sick person! It is said everywhere that the health service in the UK is in a bad condition. I'm not surprised since there are such '' specialists '' working there!

My examination with one of the nurses today was brilliant. Thank you to all the hard working staff here. I would say more but my review keeps being automatically rejected when I try.
