   Been with surgery for years but since changing to Bosworth Medicial Centre you can't speak to anyone just sit and wait in a phone queue to be told no appointments, when you do speak to a doctor they don't bother reading your notes so have no idea of your history so you have to explain in every call, repeat prescriptions are never right which causes more stress and angry calls. Just as well they aren't accepting new patients they can't look after the patients they already have. This opinion isn't just my most recent contact this has been going on for months.
