Firstly our sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your review. We’ve amalgamated our NHS Choices account following our practice merger, so have only recently been given access to respond to reviews. Thank you for taking time to feedback on the service and I am very sorry to hear that the receptionist was not available upon your arrival and did not acknowledge you before assisting others in the queue. I agree this is not acceptable and I will feed this back to the receptionist team, so thank you for bringing this to our attention. I hope that since you have raised this review, you will see we have some new receptionists at the practice and hope you are receiving a better level of service from them. If however you need to discuss this issue further, please do feel free to make contact by emailing; cardinal.medicalpractice@nhs.net Many thanks
