I had a yearly asthma review today and the nurse who saw me for my visit was caring and informative. A long term asthma and allergy sufferer I learned so much from her today how to help flare ups. I’m very grateful.

I was due to have Steroid injection in my shoulder but knew if I had an infection I had to cancel my appointment. I had woken with pain, a lump, and inflammation of my Right breast. I needed to know quickly so that my appointment could be offered to someone else. I rang surgery at 8am, spoke to Dr before 9am. She made me an appointment for 10.30am I saw Nurse who called in Dr E I was prescribed antibiotics, told to cancel my appointment. Dr said she would refer me to Breast Clinic at Torbay Hospital. By lunchtime the antibiotics had been delivered by my local Pharmacy. I had been given a replacement appointment for my shoulder injections. By 4pm I had been phoned by the Breast Clinic with an appointment for Monday 12th August. On that date I saw Dr I have now received a copy of the letter sent to the surgery by Dr . The antibiotics have cleared the infection. A huge thank you to Dr and Nurse for “ setting all the care in motion” so quickly. A big thank you to the nhsfor the care you gave me.

Brilliant supportive practice. I live elsewhere but support my parents in law with their care and with their permission speak to the team when they need me to. I submitted an online form recently and had a call that day from a lovely gp who answered all my questions and shared a clear plan for next steps. Their named GP has always been very supportive as well with great patience. Thank you to the whole team for all you do to care for our family during such tricky times in the NHS from the lovely receptionists, the team processing prescriptions, all of you in the back office and admin doing all the unseen and so important work, the lovely nursing team who care for them with such compassion and the management for keeping it all running so smoothly. I feel very lucky that our family are registered with you!

Treated with respect and dignity at all times from the initial phone call to seeing the GP concerning my worries and finding the staff very efficient. Thank you for the prompt attention.

After leaving my last drs. And joining chilcote practice. I have to say it was the best move I made. Everyone has been very helpful, friendly, if I have needed a call back or appointment to see a dr. I have received it. My son has been so impressed he has also changed to chilcote.
