   After 30 mins on the phone I am trying to book an appointment as I am Pregnant and I explain the lady I cannot book This with my phone and she Refused to book on the phone !!!! Shame on you!!!! Shame shame shame . You supposed to help people especially if I have no internet!!!!!! Make me sick.
