The chemist requested my husband's medication 10 days before it ran out. After 2 weeks of no response from the surgery, we called and, with no apology, were told the prescription would be issued that day. My husband had been without his meds for a whole week already. We had to go away. On our return, still no medication. We called our local chemist and were told no script had been issued for him. We tried again today and were told the script was on the pharmacist's system but had not been sent to the pharmacy! We have the pills now but, the GP wants a BP reading. He hasn't had any BP meds for 2 weeks. His BP will be well high!

Returned for results for my blood test - quick and easy registration with friendly receptionists - called in on time by the nurse, again, friendly and professional. Good advice given.

I contacted the surgery to get info to help renew my father (82) blue badge. The receptionist was superbly efficient and had the paper work I needed printed off in 10 mins and I collected it immediately. What a fabulous service. Thank you

Despite all the problems at the moment prescription and admin staff were extremely helpful when I was having a problem getting a particular drug. I had to ask for assistance a number of times and was sometimes very stressed, but staff were always polite and helpful.
