Doctors and, especially, nurses seem terrific when you can get to them. But the surgery is nearly impossible to contact. I have an alarming symptom and I simply cannot get through.

I apologise for the difficulties you are experiencing. If this is because you cannot get through on our phone line, we have been experiencing intermittent problems on our lines. You can also contact the surgery by going onto our website https://www.chippingnortonhealthcentre.nhs.uk/ and click onto Get Help at the top of the page. This will then give you a choice of links to click on according to the help you require.
