I have recently suffered an episode of shingles and have needed to contact the surgery on numerous occasions for help and support. Each time the reception/pharmacy staff have been polite, helpful and treated me with patience and understanding through what was a difficult time for me. I am very grateful being a patient of the Chipping Surgery.

The Chipping Practice is a great example of an excellent practice meeting the needs of its patients. Today I sent in a photo of my health problem, it was reviewed by the duty GP, avoided me visiting the practice, prescription sent through. Such an excellent service Thank you for your care

I recently booked a face to face appointment and I am writing this to give praise for the excellent service I received. The receptionist went out of her way to find a suitable appointment for me which would accommodate my complex health issues. The GP treated me with care and respect and made me feel at ease. All the staff at the Chipping Surgery are very professional and extremely helpful and work together as a team. I am grateful to be a patient of the Chipping Surgery and would happily recommend the practice to others.

GP visit in person. She was wonderful, had a great sense of humour and her warm understanding approach immediately put me at ease. I felt listened to, was examined thoroughly and we discussed a test/treatment plan going forward. When I left I had a sense of relief that my ongoing care was in safe hands.
