The nurse I saw, was very kind, accommodating and friendly . She explained the procedure for a smear test and answered any questions I had. She made sure I was comfortable and guided me throughout. Thank you for being so helpful and making such an uncomfortable experience, as comfortable as possible. Never had a bad experience at this practice! Everyone is so wonderful.

A specific doctor at this practice is incredibly rude whether it be over the phone or in person. One of the coldest people I have ever met and not what you want from your GP. After a phone consultation (which the doctor was 3 hours late for) she was rude and acted as if I was wasting her time when I was telling her what was wrong with me.

This doctor really is always rude to me everytime i have an appointment. May it be a phone conversation or face to face. This is just one of the situations that had happened. She told me yesterday at my appointment "so tell me what is the problem cause i do not have enough time" and to think i came on time with my appointment and she called me after 30 mins. And everytime i talk its as if she cannot understand everything i am saying. I for one is working in a healthcare and i treat my patients fairly cause i know they come to me cause they need care. So i treat them with care and not veing rude. I always get upset and i cry at home everytime i came from mybappointment. Never did I experience a happy appointment. I feel stressed cause i wasn't treated fairly. I dont need to ve treated like a very important person, i just wanted to be treated fairly.

I have had outstanding care here for many years and highly recommend the service. Dr Szyszko and Nurse Nikki have been phenomenal over the years to my family and I. They are professional, action orientated, patient centric, caring and efficient through any health situation requiring their care. We have moved and we are genuinely sorry to leave such a great service. Huge thanks to the wider team also for such incredible care. Thank you!

I’ve been a patient at this practice for nearly 15 years. The care, dedication and support I have received to date has been exemplary. I get to see the same doctor who know me well, the nurses are fantastic as well as the reception staff who always try to help secure my appointments. My doctors always follow up and the after hours phone calls are greatly appreciated. This is definitely the best GP experience I have received, huge gratitude to all involved. Specifically , the support and care I have received with regards to mental health, general health and peri-menopause has been life saving.
