    I have been thoroughly impressed with the practice and in particular my recent experience. I had had worrying side effects from a medication I’d been prescribed and having left a message was extremely impressed (and relieved) to receive a call out of hours to discuss the issue. Overnight I received a referral to have the issue addressed. When you are worried about your health, it makes such a difference to be treated kindly and with respect. Thank you.

    I have asked several times over several years not to be sent texts with invites to webinars for which I have absolutely no interest. Despite this, I continue to receive these invites. I know why. Because the practice receives external funding for every patient taking part. It is really annoying for requests to be ignored so maybe you can learn something from this experience and stop ignoring patient requests.
