I have asked several times over several years not to be sent texts with invites to webinars for which I have absolutely no interest. Despite this, I continue to receive these invites. I know why. Because the practice receives external funding for every patient taking part. It is really annoying for requests to be ignored so maybe you can learn something from this experience and stop ignoring patient requests.

I can confirm we do not receive any external funding for patients to complete questionnaires. From the reception staff to administrative queries and all of clinicians I have encountered to date have all been exceptional. The General practitioner that primarily has been responsible for my care has shown nothing but warmth, provided information, empowered mean to make decisions about appropriate treatments for me, has taken time to explain the various options and now I have absolutely no hesitation in trusting/respecting her opinions when it comes to my son. An absolute fantastic team who are always willing to go the extra mile. Everyone is always quick to be critical and complain but I feel exceptionally fortunate to have found them as a practice that’s why I’ve left a review. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a practice in the Chiswick area.
