Tried to get an urgent appointment as I had been unable to empty my bladder for over 12 hours. Receptionist too busy gossiping to colleague to bother dealing with me. Brusquely told no appointments available and to call 111 or 999.

Dear Ms Bisset Im very sorry to hear you have had a bad experience of our practice. I note your review was over a year ago and Im sorry we havent responded sooner. We do not operate a first come first served appointment system and instead we take information on why you need an appointment and it is triaged by a GP led team. We find we can deal with all problems that require it for patients within a day. You can access this service via our website and completi9ng a Klinik form or by speaking to a member of staff who can complete it for you if you are unable to use the web.
