    I like because the attendant has very carefully and the clinic is very good has well, I think if I have an older appointment will be the same because the NHS is very carefully as well and the church and medical century is very nervous my home and I can go quickly if I had trouble or something like that

    I came to the surgery in January for an appointment with the nurse. She had already kindly booked the appointment for me to receive an ongoing injection that I get. Upon arriving to the surgery I was able to use the self service check in and the receptionist acknowledged me which was very friendly. She advised me to get my blood pressure and weight done on the machine which I did. I didn’t have to wait at all for my appointment as the nurse saw me right on time- this was great and normal. The nurse I saw was really professional as usual and showed kindness and consideration. Overall my experience was a good one and I always am treated well at the surgery.

    I had a very pleasant and informative encounter when attending for some routine blood tests. The practice nurse was very accommodating and reassuring and took the time to listen to my concerns and expectations. She made me feel very comfortable and heard. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful as always.

    I had to do my health checkup with a nurse at Mayo Road Clinic. Unfortunately, I can't include her name, but it has 3 syllables. From the minute I opened the door, I was greeted with such kindness and warmth and the friendliest smile. She was polite and easy to talk to and made the experience very peaceful. I do not always receive this kind of treatment from medical staff and I sometimes feel very uncomfortable during my appointments. So I want to say a big thank you to her for brightening my day and leaving such a good impression of the surgery. She made me feel like a valued patient and I was able to relax and in turn, reciprocate the kindness and respect. Thank you!!

    I had my yearly checkup two weeks ago. As someone who suffers from anxiety in any medical setting, going for any form of checkup is agonising. The fact that the staff were aware of it made them treat me with compassion and care. As always, I found them to be professional, polite, non judgmental and empathetic. They went an extra mile by squeezing me in even though I was late for my appointment by half an hour. They know I’m not usually late for my appointments so they were very understanding. I had a very good experience. I have been registered with this practice for over thirty years. I will be more than happy to recommend it to anybody. The staff are a great bunch of people.

    On Friday the 16th of February I made an appointment via patches for blood tests. Patches ask you when is the next time to call you and they seem to ignore this part of the form. As I work in a school I asked for them to call me at 3:30, instead they called me T 12, 1 o’clock and 3 o’clock. I called the surgery back and the receptionist said she will get the doctor to call me back they never did. On my patches for I stated that I needed a liver functioning blood test so I assumed when I booked my appointment this was what it was for. When I arrived at the surgery on the Friday and baring in mind I’m hardly ever there as I can never get an appointment. I didn’t get as much as a hello. My appointment was for 9 o’clock and I wasn’t seen until 9:25…the surgery was not busy. I was called to go and see the doctor and when I mentioned about my blood test she said she couldn’t do it and I needed to make another appointment, I think these people forget when you work you can’t just take time off. I had also been really ill and asked the doctor to look at a rash I had developed on my chest but she didn’t really seem bothered about it. I then went out to the reception where I was ignored as both were on the phone and when I finally did speak to the lady I was told I Had to go to central Middlesex on a Thursday or Saturday for my blood tests. In my profession we are constantly monitored but it seems doctors can do what they want….since when was it made it okay for doctors not to do blood tests. People don’t like going to the doctors but when they do they xhold be allowed to get treatment they have requested. I won’t be going to this doctors ever again.

    Dear Patient, We have received your feedback and we have thoroughly investigated the concerns you raised. Based on our comprehensive investigation, which included reviewing our records, analysing CCTV footage, and consulting with the receptionists on duty, we have confirmed the following: On the 16th Feb24, you arrived at 8:46am for your 9:00 am appointment. The Doctor attended to you promptly at 9:10 which was within 10 minutes of your scheduled time. The time you mentioned in your post is incorrect as you were seen promptly. Your consultation concluded at 9:16 am, following which you approached the Reception desk to schedule a blood test appointment. It was determined that both receptionist were occupied on phone calls at the time. However, the receptionist you approached immediately signalled that she would assist you shortly, given her ongoing call, you were not ignored. She attended to you immediately after she concluded the call. You then requested a blood test appointment, the Receptionist provided available dates, none of which suited your schedule. Subsequently, she suggested an alternative, our “walk-in” blood service, an extension of our appointment system, available every Thursday from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at another site close-by. You opted for this option, and she promptly provided you with a blood test form and the address details for the walk-in blood test service. This concluded your interaction, and you departed from the premises thereafter at 9.27am. We believe this constitutes care that was appropriate and flexible to your needs, even in the light of healthcare pressures being faced nationally. We strongly encourage you to contact the Practice Manager in the future with any concerns, as this is a more effective method for addressing misunderstandings. We value your feedback and are committed to ensuring a positive experience for all our patients. Best wishes Lesley - Practice Manager
