   I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the care I received during my visit on 29th August 2024. I truly appreciated the warm welcome I received on the telephone from the reception team, they were friendly. listened to my concerns and arranged an appointment for me on the same day. I was feeling quite unwell and the Nurse Practitioner went above and beyond; she took the time to contact the hospital regarding my upcoming procedure and in the meantime did her best to make sure I was comfortable. I have experienced outstanding care here and feel lucky to be a patient of this surgery.
