I would like to personally thank the doctor for requesting to see me on the 6th March, which led me to being in Hospital for 9 days with severe chest infection and low oxygen !!

I have been a patient at Church Lane since the closure of the Orgarswick practice I have multiple issues, early onset idiocy, my wife's diagnosis, being the least of them! the practice has always dealt with me professionally and courteously, despite all the other issues they must face. i have had fantastic care, from the receptionist, always ready to help, to the nurses who gives me my B12 injections every 12 weeks, the Nurse practitioners and today the thoroughness of the Dr I saw , who I would like to thank for going above and beyond in their treatment. (the system doesn't allow me to name them) I really do feel privileged to submit myself to your care. Thank you and I am sure you will keep up the great work. Mark.

On visiting for an appointment for my knee troubles was told that they would work there magic and they did very good as been seen by the orthopaedic team quicker and now on the list for surgery,can not thank you enough was stunned.

I done an E consult on the 29th and was told I’d receive a call anytime before 6.30pm on the 30th, I called at 5pm to be told nobody had looked at my consult and they would get to it ‘very soon’. Last time I went in for an appointment I was waiting in the reception for 45 minutes before I had to leave due to having prior arrangements, the receptionists are rude and helpful and the doctors just do not care.

I rang last night to make an appointment to see a doctor ,I was told to come in to the clinic tomorrow morning to see a doctor … I returned the next day to be told, no you can’t see one.. you have to ring for a E appointment!!! Why couldn’t they have told me that when I rang yesterday
