The surgery has always looked after me and my late wife really well. My visit today was on time, with a very friendly and competent nurse.

I visited the surgery for my B12 and can not fault the excellent service I received from the nurse On the whole the nursing team always go above and beyond to provide an excellent service

Left a online request and it didn’t go through so the receptionist was very quick and efficient to get my son seen. Went at 4pm and was seen nearly straight away , doctor who saw my son was amazing answered all my concerns and didn’t try to rush me out the practice He also helped me with an issue I was having regarding blood tests results He was more than happy to look into it all for me and wanted to help instead like most go now get rushed out the door as you have a certain time slot Thank you

the practice nurse jo administered a vaccine of mine, she was very reassuring and positive through out the whole ordeal, i have a phobia of needles.

The Dr's and nurses who saw me today were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They asked for my permission to have a colleague observe my appointment/ procedure and were happy to let me chat away, and answered all of my questions about dressings/bandage changes following my appointment. My one "criticism" is that it took a few weeks to get an appointment from my initial request; it would have been nice to be able to get an appointment a bit sooner. However I fully appreciate that there are constraints on the system in general due to funding issues, industrial action etc that would have contributed to wait times and appreciate there's realistically no quick and easy/one-size fits all solution.

Great service, spoke to receptionist who took a brief account of my symptoms, and informed me doctor would call and would ask to see me or write up a prescription. 30 mins later I was taking with doctor and meds were prescribed, and would be ready to collect in 45mins which they were ,excellent service

I have been given the wrong forms to complete on two occasions recently. I also received a letter of ‘closure of referral’ from the wrong ICB, which means that the surgery sent the referral to the wrong ICB. As a result of these errors, I have not been referred to receive the care needed for my condition after three months.

I needed an appointment quite quickly due to a possibility of an infection. My call was answered quickly, an appointment arranged for the same afternoon and I was seen on time. Stunning service!

I seem to have a great experience with all the staff at the practice. I had a chat with the doctors who was able to explain what my issue was & with medication I would get better.
