   Had an appointment and the nurse was Training. Nobody told me and let me sitting in the waiting room for over 50mins despite talking to reception more than once. 08.24. referral made to pharmacy first but the pharmacist was unable to help, did say the Gp would give you antibiotics. No information from the Gp at all had to call to find out information . So wasted my time completely. Told to go away and manage church street has a couple of great individual staff but feel that the staff are almost unable to do a good job.
