   I have made two attempts at registering with this surgery- once through the NHS website and once through their own website. Both sets of paper work have been lost and I haven’t been able to resister. I’ll go to another local surgery instead. Have had mixed experiences with the people on reception- one person very helpful and polite, the one that I spoke to today was rude and unhelpful.
