  1. Review titled Great doctor

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Charlene Clark - Posted on 06 March 2024

I went to see Dr H today about a continuous problem. I feel like she is the only one in the practice to actually listen to me and try to move forward in a new way. I am going to request Dr H for all future appointments

  2. Review titled False information on my report

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 23 February 2024

Went for health check, all was well until I saw the report which had false information in it, namely completely inaccurate alcohol use, by means of overestimation which was not discussed with me, and which I will now have to argue to have removed from my record.

  3. Review titled Very caring nurse

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 19 December 2023

I went in for my cervical screening today (19-12-23) and was very anxious around my entire visit, the nurse was extremely caring and tentative, somehow understood my anxious waffling and reassured me the entire way through, didn’t rush me out after while I had a rush of anxiety. Even though my anxiety made the trip stressful I couldn’t be more grateful of this wonderful nurse, I didn’t catch her name but she is a real credit to the industry.

  4. Review titled Superb service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

What started as a seasonal cold developed into a chest infection, and as I suffer from COPD it was critical that I start treatment ASAP. The team at the surgery got into action and I received a call from doctor and as a consequence received the correct medication within hours.which began to clear infection up and made me comfortable pretty much immediately. I also had a recent visit to COPD nurse at the practice who gave me a few tips to help with my inhalers.

  5. Review titled Questionable practice procedures.

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Michael John Cantillon - Posted on 07 December 2023

On 29 November 2023 I underwent a Turps surgical procedure at Nottingham City Hospital and was allowed home the following Friday 1 December 2023. On my discharge I was provided with documentation which gave me numbers to ring at the hospital in the event of any problem. On Wednesday 6 December 2023 I used this information to ring the hospital because I was suffering intense pain to my lower back. I was told to ring my GP. Later that same morning I rang my surgery appraised reception fully of my issue and was told it would be referred to one of the practice GP's. A short time later I received a phone call from the surgery reception telling me a doctor couldn't speak with me because the call allocation for the day had been exceeded and I was asked to ring 111. I immediately rang 111 and after a lengthy appraisal I was told my situation would have to be referred to a clinician who would ring me back. I subsequently received a call from the Ambulance service who again told me I would be referred for a call back by a clinician or paramedic. At 7pm that same day I received a call from the Ambulance Service who advised me a clinician wasn't available at that time my call record was consequently cancelled. At 8 am Thursday 7 December 2023 I rang my surgery and consequently a home visit was arranged later that day because of my inability to visit the surgery. I believe I was a victim of a system that has flaws which adversely impact on individuals in situations like myself. I truly believe had I been able to speak with my GP all the pain and suffering I experienced could have been resolved much sooner.

  6. Review titled Great practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Called in today to make an appointment, just wanted to express how helpful, polite and caring the receptionist was, nothing was too much trouble a credit to the practice. Patients go to the surgery because they are unwell, a happy smiling face and warm welcome goes a long way. Thank you

  7. Review titled Great to see a lady doctor

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 28 January 2024

I needed to see a lady doctor face to face as it was a very personal problem that I didn’t want to talk to a male doctor and didn’t want to explain to a receptionist then have a male doctor ring me. What a relief it was to find an appointment on the system online after waiting over a year to pluck up the courage to go to the surgery. The lady doctor I saw was lovely and she made me feel at ease and has sorted my problem. Thankyou so much for your help.
