    I have asked an appointment for my son. And they said it will take a week or so for my son to have an appointment, because the person who sow my message on the appointment request didn’t though it is urgent. And dose not mater how long he will have to wait. But when it came to taxes the government is very good to be sure they collect in time. My son had health problems in the past and for this GP it Always just viruses

    Since my son was born (04/22/24) I have been trying to access his online account to schedule doctors' appointments and get prescriptions, but for the third time they have lost my form and asked me to go to the reception desk again. I am tired of the neglect.

    Left messages for staff to contact me. No answer ever comes through. Staff allege they are unable to deal with matters or to pass messages on. Very very poor service indeed no service at all

    Utterly awful. You fill in their form online to request an appointment as your specialist wants you to change medication but that needs to go through the GP for NHS beurocract reasons. No appointment made. Instead you get a text from the doctor asking you to book an appointment!! So you phone up to book an appointment as obviously their online appointment booking form isn't what you use to book appointments. You're told the next available appointment to get this critical medication is in two weeks time. Negligent and incompetent. It's a shame as one or two of the doctors are good, but you can't get in to see them because of the booking system. Plus, they are sexist when it comes to parents. I can fill in the form requesting an appointment for my children, put in my contact details and explicitly say to contact me as their mother is at work. Despite that they still contact her first. It's 2024, how can you not understand that fathers have equal rights?

    I have been trying to update the practise about a problem for over 4 weeks. staff allege they will contact me but do not. I cannot stress how poor this practise is. They asked me for wong details and do not know how to deal with the information. Use a faith healer you would get more courtesy and attention My experience has been worse than useless

    I have been in great abdominal pain and unable to walk for several days. I phoned the surgery 3 times and was told that I am on the list to see my preferred GP but I never received any phone calls. When I called the surgery they couldn’t explain why I wasn’t given an appointment, which is urgent. It is unacceptable.

    It's the most difficult practice to book appointment to see a doctor, just book online but the website is not normally working, they allow to go on the website and call them only in a very limited time. If you lucky enough to get appointment it's will be very long waiting list, mostly just get your mobile number and send a link questioners then send you a link that if you need to call 111 or just go to a&e, the reception. I had 24 hours ecg test since 24 Dec 2023 but just received a text message from them on 2 May 2024 send a link to make appointment to GP for a result but that was not working told me to call the practice number, that lady send another link, that was the same so I rang again she told call again Tuesday next week. Also today 3 May 2024 I tried to make appointment to see GP about sharp pain in my right cheek, right eye, right ear and inside right head the woman who answer the phone told me waiting for a message from her just sent me a questionnaire and send me advice just observe myself if I need to call 111 or just go to a&e. This is the worse gp Practice ever, poor services and very lazy!

    I booked an important telephone appointment one week ago for today, anytime between 2pm-6pm with the Social Prescriber as I need urgent support to overcome my ongoing housing problem. I have now been waiting 4 hours for the call that never came. This is unacceptable!

    I have been absolutely blown away by how good this practice has been to me as a patient. Whether it was the quick responses via messages, to arranging me an appointment quickly, or addressing my issues in a helpful and timely way, I could not be more impressed. I even found that all the reception staff were incredibly helpful and professional, and the entire service felt very modern (in terms of using technology) and smooth. I felt like it gave me a very good outcome, and did so in a way that felt seamless.

    I can't recommend the Churchill practice enough. No waiting on the phone to get an appointment, barely any way for an appointment- finding us options in their two other practices if they don't have space in our local (especially with an under 2, when we get seen within a day), all staff have been great, communication is great, they even do follow up calls after referring on to the hospital to check in on the outcome which makes you feel they care. They always take the patient's concerns seriously, especially parents, I have never felt dismissed or made to feel silly for asking. I recommended the practice to a friend who has thanked me multiple times since for the recommendation because she's had such a good experience with Churchill - head and shoulders above her old practice.
