Difficult to get an appointment- altho the receptionists are friendly and helpful, and once you can get an apptmt the nurses and drs are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I arrived early for my appt with the nurse and was seen early. She knew the reason for my visit and told and when I could expect my results and how to access them.

I am now extremely happy with my doctor ( hopefully she too is happy and settled 🤞) Although busy today there was a more relaxed atmosphere. Friendly reception staff smiley faces (it always helps even if we can't always get what we want.... It is just the situation with the NHS ) The nurse who took my blood , very friendly but totally professional,she must have done thousands 😅 didn't hurt and in and out.... but I didn't feel as though it was rushed. ⭐ Let's hope the practice stays on the up and up. Thank you .

Check in was quick and easy and the nurse greeted me with a lovely smile, I was in for my B12 injection and out within a couple of minutes

I visited the surgery for a blood test. I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. This blood test was a follow up from a visit to see the doctor.

Injection was great as always nurse was lovely. On making an appointment the reception was not very happy but after months of trying o got my appointment and I am grateful the receptionist fitted us in As my hubby as skin cancer it is a relief. Thankyou

Same day appointment, reception staff were very polite and proffessional. Receptionist was courteous and patient while dealing with my enquiries. The reception and waiting areas were spotless and stress free. Saw Dr a*** who I found to be very thorough. He put me at ease with general conversation giving me the feeling of not being rushed or under stress, a friendly doctor, I felt I was listened to and still was no longer than 10 minutes. Very pragmatic whilst very caring. I have found my past couple of experiences at Churchtown very positive and much improved.

I was called in and pleasantly greeted . Once seated I explained my problem the Dr read my notes, checked over my legs. He then said he was stopping one tablet increasing another as well giving me an additional tablet. The Dr was brillian.

I was able to get an appointment on the day i rang, which seems to be the case most times. The doctor i saw was efficient and I felt listened to. The waiting time was minimal, 10mins approx. Overall I am happy with the service provided.
