I had an on the day appointment and was given adequate time to explain the issue and was offered no less than 4 alternatives. It was great to be able to talk things through.

Managed to get appointment easily when ringing surgery. My appointment was on time & doctor was caring & explained about medication didn’t rush me.

Very impressed with the Health staff specially those providing blood test service.Very friendly and accommodating. Also credit to the reception staff for promptly arranging blood tests.

Needed GP appointment and assistance from admin to resolve issues arising from prescriptions and upcoming holiday. Both GP and admin very helpful with communication within practice.

A very thorough consultation about my Blood Pressure concerns. Explanations of what the issues could be and the further tests that would be planned. Confidence given that my issue will be investigated fully.

Rang this morning didn't have to wait to get through too long. And had an app withing the hour. Dr was really good diagnosed a chest infection and prescribed antibiotics. Friendly staff

Rang for appt 8am 4th in queue made appointment saw dr sample tests arranged, all very easy, awaiting results of tests to find hopefully cause of problem

By calling in person at the practice @ 8.00am I was able to get a same day appointment. Seen on time at that appointment.

I was 26 in the queue when I rang, but this is to be expected and the wait was not too long. Booking appointment was done efficiently. I was asked to bring in a specimen, which I did. However, I was not asked to collect a specific container beforehand. My specimen was rejected, as I had used my own container. The GP I saw was friendly and attentive. Overall a good experience. If I had been asked to collect a container beforehand, the process could have been quicker.
