Unfortunately I have hypertension which needs attention and medication time and time again. Churchtown Medical Centre is quite an all-in-one surgery. This morning I had to go to check my BP with Nurse, which went well. I had an early appointment, (I asked previously) so I could get to work in time. I like to digital check-in system, which might be difficult for elderly people, but someone always there to help them. The Pharmacy is always providing a good service too. Thank you for your work.

I had a routine blood test today. Very prompt on timing, very pleasant lady doing the test, makes you feel very comfortable. Explained everything and done checks before hand. Information giving on when and how to get results. All round very good.

I attended the practice for blood tests I found the service very friendly and helpful she is always cheerful and makes you feel at ease whilst taking your samples and always explains what they are for and when and how to obtain the results making the whole process more pleasant than it might have been

It was a delight to go to the churchtown practice today.There was no pressure put on me and the Doctor had time to listen to my concerns and be empathetic with my concerns. I was not rushed and felt that the doctor I saw really understood my condition. Incidentally I had made the appointment just that day and was seen midday. Well done churchtown

I was totally overwhelmed by the kind and considerate treatment that I received at your surgery this afternoon. The doctor was totally professional and able to discuss matters in such a way that anybody can understand. I felt as though he was able to relate to me and my complicated patient history with ease. The whole experience was deeply reassuring. The reception team was also warm and encouraging. Thank you so much for providing such an excellent service.
