The doctor examined me but did not give any diagnosis. I came out no clearer about my problem than when I went in.

I turned up slightly early and only had to wait about a minute and was ushered. The nurse did the procedure very quickly and I was back out in less than a couple if minutes so all very quick. Think I was done before my original appointment time

Great experience, a little nervous with needles but needn’t have been as put totally at ease. Quick fast and informative consultation.

I’m new to the medical centre, so can’t comment too much but my recent appointment and results was both smooth and quick. All staff have been friendly too.

Everyone starting with reception up to the Doctor were friendly, helpful and empathetic. Nothing was too much trouble. The waiting room is bright and all areas are clean and tidy

Receptionist was brilliant. signed in at 10.28. was seen at 10.30 30.06.34, and left shortly after. Nurse was lovely. well done Churchtown Surgery.

Difficult to get an appointment- altho the receptionists are friendly and helpful, and once you can get an apptmt the nurses and drs are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I arrived early for my appt with the nurse and was seen early. She knew the reason for my visit and told and when I could expect my results and how to access them.

I am now extremely happy with my doctor ( hopefully she too is happy and settled 🤞) Although busy today there was a more relaxed atmosphere. Friendly reception staff smiley faces (it always helps even if we can't always get what we want.... It is just the situation with the NHS ) The nurse who took my blood , very friendly but totally professional,she must have done thousands 😅 didn't hurt and in and out.... but I didn't feel as though it was rushed. ⭐ Let's hope the practice stays on the up and up. Thank you .

Check in was quick and easy and the nurse greeted me with a lovely smile, I was in for my B12 injection and out within a couple of minutes
