    I recently joined the surgery due to negligence from my previous GP surgery. Dr Chelliah was the first Dr I spoke to that took the time to listen to my concerns and acted swiftly to investigate the problem. After speaking to several medical professionals previously, the care I received from this practice was the best I've had and I cant thank them enough.

    This is quite simply the worst service in the world, whenever I haste needed an appointment you cannot get one, however that is if you can even get to talk to a human. Every time you phone you just get added to a queue. Trying to call this morning, I have now been on hold as person number 1 in the queue for 45 mins and still holding. My wife had the same experience on the last 2 occasions. In the end you just give up.

    Since suffering a heavy fall in September 2020 a number of health issues have come to light. These are quite varied and despite the problems with Coronovirus, have been dealt with by the GP with care and speed with referrals (where necessary) to specialists. I have always been treated with the utmost sensitivity and courtesy.
