Review titled Can’t get an appointment
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 07 January 2025
I phoned up this morning to try and get an appointment. I rang straight away at 8am and it took (no exaggeration) 20 minutes of hitting re-dial and 147 attempts to get through. I waited on hold, and once I got through I was told there’s no appointments left for today and if my issue isn’t urgent enough to go to the walk-in just to try again tomorrow. Very frustrating and unhelpful process.

Review titled Still awaiting access code
by fed up of jaywick - Posted on 27 November 2023
Over a month now since the information was launch - everyone can have access to read their GP notes, test results, treatments and medication online. Asked the practice for the code, and still being told no.

Review titled Rude doctor
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 17 July 2023
I have had two appointments with the same male doctor one face to face who examined me made me feel like I was wasting his time reluctantly sent me for a X-ray because I had asked but insisted it would be a waste of time as nothing would show up on it I had the X-ray and surprise osteoarthritis My next encounter with same doctor was over the phone after seeing nurse and explaining some day to day symptoms she said I should see doctor for help as it sounded like menopause problems anyway he took the phone consultation with me I started to explain some symptoms he interrupted cut me dead and said yes it’s the menopause end of conversation no suggestion of any help made me feel like I was again wasting his time definitely felt like I shouldn’t bother him again just put up and shut up with my pain. This surgery needs to stop these phone consultations and just give patients there face to face appointments back they are cutting corners and being payed for it not fair.
