Such a great GP practice, appointments are available relatively quickly and all the staff are really friendly and kind. Had a particular positive experience with one specific doctor as she listened fully and showed empathy, sensitivity, kindness and care which really helped me. She consistently did what she said she would, and provided a listening ear - all of which I’m very grateful for

I have visited the practice needed to sort out an investigation. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful and the doctor arranged the testing in a timely way and there was great communication in following up with the results. I couldn't ask for better or more empathic service.

I had to call the doctors to check on a few things I had to submit to my doctor, also had to make an appointment to see a doctor . The receptionist who I spoke to really took the time to listen and answer all my questions ,and also made me an appointment for a blood test and also a doctors appointment for me . I have spoken to this lady before and always found her very helpful and friendly .i have had to take the receptionist name out which I find is a shame because it was about her service .

Dr E has restored my faith again in the healthcare system. All doctors should truly aspire to be like her. She is kind and genuinely caring. She truly listens to your concerns and thoughts. Yet, she is incredibly practical and pragmatic. I have seen her a couple of times and every time she has put in place tangible next steps to help me. I will forever now request to see her as my doctor and I don’t wish for a day when I may not have her as my GP. I am not the type to post a review, however, a doctor like her needs to be recognised for her professionalism but most importantly how she changes people’s lives in such a positive way. Thank you!!
