I had an appointment for my mum yesterday and the doctor was so friendly and helpful and genuinely seemed to care, which is something that, unfortunately, you do not see very often within GP surgeries. I would recommend this surgery to others.

I have been with Claremont Clinic for over a decade. In that time I’ve never had to wait more than a week for an appointment. Sometimes I was given advice by a GP over the phone saving me a visit. Whilst I’ve been pleased with all the GPs at the clinic over the years.

Recently I have been to doctors on 2 or 3 occasions where I have been seen by Dr A and his professionalism was out of this world. The first thing that thoroughly impressed me was how he meets and greets all his patients with a big smile on his face and takes you to his office. His approach to care was the best I've experienced in a long time. He made me feel seen and heard and I wasn't felt rushed. He had time to listen and work with me regarding my concern of my health and gave me different solutions of how we are going to work together to better my wellbeing. He's a very good team player and a massive asset to Claremont clinic and I hope that he will remain at the practice for a very very long time as we need doctors that have empthay like him and we aren't just numbers on a piece of paper. I'm very happy to now come to the clinic on the regular if need be due to his caring nature. I hope you can get more doctors like him.

Quick to be seen, receptionist always helpful and polite and go out of their way to help, especially s a m. Dr a is always helpful and takes his time to listen. Unlike most GP you hear about who want to palm you off without listening to all your concerns. All GPS in Claremont listen fully and give multiple solutions. I have been dealing with pain and was given medicine but also referred to specialist and for scans instead of making me wait

I went to see the doctor today and left feeling very positive after my appointment. The doctor was very thorough, listened carefully and took time to explain the symptoms and recommend a course of action. I recommend the practice and doctor very highly. Thank you.

I recently had an operation and needed a sick note as the points of incision hurt every time I exert myself. So I called the surgery to request a sick note so I could rest a bit more to heal internally. The clinic was super quick and got a sick note arranged immediately.

Recently visited the practice. The new upgrade to the practice is very welcoming and looks great. The doctor listened to my concerns and always try to help. Very caring and understanding individuals, good at their job. Much appreciated. Always greeted with a smile by the doctors. Again very welcoming and makes you feel less anxious.
