I have had such a good experience here. Every interaction I’ve had whether with reception, nurses or doctors has been positive, respectful and helpful. Doctors make a real effort to make you feel listened to and taken seriously, and my most recent experience over the past few weeks has been no different - both doctors I’ve spoken to have made a real effort to understand my concerns, what I would like, and to investigate. My only wish is that we could be given time slots for telephone appointments as it can be very tricky to be available at any point during a working day. Very lucky to have this surgery!

The automatic check-in wasnt working but the receptionist was very friendly explaining what had haooened and that she would ensure she would see to everyone asap. The doctor then saw I was his patient so called me up to the waiting room where I didnt need to wait long before being attended. He was very empathetic and made every effoet to understand my problem and to deal with it the best he could and made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend.

I had an appointment for my mum yesterday and the doctor was so friendly and helpful and genuinely seemed to care, which is something that, unfortunately, you do not see very often within GP surgeries. I would recommend this surgery to others.

I have been with Claremont Clinic for over a decade. In that time I’ve never had to wait more than a week for an appointment. Sometimes I was given advice by a GP over the phone saving me a visit. Whilst I’ve been pleased with all the GPs at the clinic over the years.
