I would like to leave some positive feedback on the kind and efficient treatment from the staff at this surgery. I rang the GP about my mental health. The GP rang me back within two days which was incredible. She was very understanding and kind, making me feel at ease. On her request I rang the reception back to log a call with the counselor team who was also extremely helpful and kind. They got me an appointment to talk to the head of therapy who was incredible. I now have 12 week CBT sessions being booked in for a few weeks time and i'm both grateful and thankful for the wonderful service you have provided. Thank you so very much

Contacted proactively by surgery for a health checkup, the appointments were on time and I was provided some useful information by the nurse. However I do not understand why the surgery is closed during the day, it cannot be impossible to arrange cover so the surgery can remain open.

Hi Dominic, thanks for leaving your feedback. I must point out however that our surgery is not closed during the day, our front door is closed for half an hour to give the reception team a break, however the practice is accessible throughout the day via our website by using "Contact Reception", we also have an emergency phone number which can be used and a sign informing patients to ring the buzzer if they have an emergency during this time. As I am sure you can appreciate some of our team work very long hours and this is all part of ensuring our staffs health and wellbeing. Regards Sarah - Practice Manager

I received a booking for my combined covid and flu jab weeks before friends at other practices. When I attended all of the staff were very friendly and the process was very efficient. Gold star.
