I attended the surgery on 1st Nov to receive a joint injection. This service is excellent and the treatment I received was professional and courteous. I was treated extremely well.

Today our medication was supposed to be delivered, and bearing in mind they have 28 days to get the delivery ready not everything was delivered! Now I’m asked to go to the practice tomorrow to pick up what they failed to deliver! How long does it take to get something like this organised, and what is the point of delivering only part of the delivery. This is meant to help people, and it’s Not Working!

Dear Anthony Many thanks for your feedback and we are sorry to learn of your disappointment with our service today. Unfortunately some medications nationally are in short supply from time to time and this can cause delays in us obtaining these. Rather than delaying a patients' entire medication order, we will always supply what we have to prevent them from running out and then contact the patient to give them the opportunity of confirming how they would like the remainder when received by us which we did today and we were advised you would wish to collect it yourself tomorrow (we could have delivered it next week if you had wanted this), although appreciate you were not available to speak to directly. We have a dispensary team lead who is always available to speak with if there are any issues in future or you can of course request to speak to me as an alternative. It is helpful and preferable if patients contact us in the first instance so we can look into the problem, fix it where possible and take some learning from it. Had bloods done, very pleasant nurse, also spoke to practitioner as she was passing by very happy to be treated as an individual at this practice.

After begging for medication for chronic back pain, a doctor eventually rang to ask my name and how was I. He then said I could collect the medication in the morning. On doing so I noticed that it was double the dose, but since nothing had been mentioned I rang to ask if it was okay? Several hours later I have heard nothing and I remain in extreme pain!

I called up to try and book an appointment, their phone cut out on me and I had to call again putting me in position 30 which made me very unlikely to have an appointment. As I live around the corner I decided to go around and thought they would have recognised what I said on the phone to them before the phone hung up on me. Thinking that they would book me because of the circumstances, that I had driven over and the fact that I had tried to call I thought they would help book me in at the reception desk. The lady said to me repeatedly that I need to call. I explained the phone hung up. She refused to listen and repeated herself. She didn’t even say sorry and showed lack of care or emotion towards what I was going through. This lack of care should be unacceptable in a place that people are getting appointments because they are unwell. Receptions shouldnt be soo cold in this kind of environment.

In the last year I have been sent to the hospital by Clarkson Staff 3 times and then again today.Have been seen in every case within 2 weeks No complaints at all very good service and helpful staff.

Having to take my son to A&E and take my wife to A&E because my wife was having stroke symptoms, and son has Episcleritis in his eye . Told the doctors about my sons eyes was ignored and missed diagnosed, wife been missed diagnosed as well. A&E are only people to listen to us and take us seriously.

They have an email address they ask you to email they never respond back so again you have to keep phoning for so jumped up person to say you have to email or they can't deal with your problems now as they go on dinner at 1pm/2pm and it 12:50 no help no service

From entering the surgery and leaving, the staff were very friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Everything was explained clearly and consisely and all questions answered without hesitation and put at ease. Thank you for a great professional, friendly service, it was very much appreciated...
