My husband came to your surgery today with his dad who has massively declined with dementia this past 3 weeks, the doctor he saw was absolutely useless. She offered no help or advice for him. He came for some help and guidance as we are struggling and he left feeling extremely down and disheartened. The lady was rude and not interested and frankly should not be working in such a job if she has no care for the community. Very disappointed, we normally would go to Trinity Court and the doctors have all been so helpful but the only option was Claverdon which we most certainly not be visiting again.

Inadequate, from time taken to answer the phone, to no doctors appointments for prescription reviews only non doctor phone reviews, to needing two separate appointments for prescription and blood pressure review, to patients having to press their need to see someone for help in managing their condition, to discussing private matters with receptionists. Not a caring practice.
