Very nice and friendly staff I always get same day appointment for my daughter and I , great practice, also my wife registered with them and she was pregnant with my son she has not had any problems with them

I have been trying since last week to get an appointment just to follow-up on my blood test results but there were none available at all. They keep on telling me to ring the next day at 8:00 which I have been doing but whenever I manage to get through, after being on hold for 20 minutes or even more, all the appointments had already gone. I don’t need a long conversation, I just need them to tell me if my tests are okay or not. This makes me worry about my health even more. It’s already been a month since I had this blood test.
