  1. Review titled Great Care and Practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

The nurse was extremely informative and helpful. She explained all the details around the routine test and took time to check all details. She took care to complete the test and explained when results would be expected and the format.

Visited a nurse today for inoculations. Very friendly , informative and professional. Made sure we were informed what vaccinations were for and what possible information we would require . Didn't even hurt ! Very positive feedback on the visit and what a wonderful NHS representative the nurse was. A++++

  5. Review titled Poor practice

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 26 November 2024

On asking for a home visit from a GP I was told this was not possible except for elderly and housebound. Literally i had just had a fall the day before and i was unable to move much and in so much pain. I was told by 111 to get my GP to attend to me as I would be unable to sit in one position in A& E for what would have been hours and hours let alone get there. So i ve now been given a nurses appointment which i ll shortly cancel and suffer at home in silence. God forbid there’s anything else damaged or needs checking. Just have a wound on my back which my daughter has dressed but the muscle pain is so much that it takes me a few minutes to stand from sitting and vice versa. No concern about my blood pressure or anything from this practice or questions about how I fell. Even a telephone appointment would have been something. Shameful.

  7. Review titled Hard Work

Rated 1 star out of 5

by David Osborne - Posted on 27 June 2023

Hard work to get the simplest prescription. Best to go private for everything and not bother. Every time I try to get an emergency holiday pack for my partner who has been very ill it creates an issue which being in my 70s I can do without. And there is a letter on file from her private consultant confirming the need for the prescription.
