  1. Review titled Excellent Service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Making an appointment was very straightforward and I was seen later the same day. The doctor listened carefully to my symptoms and wrote a prescription and arranged for an x-ray at the hospital. A few days after the x-ray the practice rang me to arrange a time for the doctor to ring me to discuss the x-ray. I was able to ask questions and was given advice in this conversation and was told to make a futher appointment if I needed to. Thankfully I haven't needed to so far. I am delighted with the care I have received.

All the doctors, nurses and staff at Clayton Brook provide excellent service both at the practice and over the phone. Very helpful and easy to talk to. I have been very happy with my experience there and with the doctor's treatment.

Cannot rate this practice highly enough. Telephoned this morning and got a face to face appointment for my daughter with a GP at 10am. Admin staff kind and helpful, both on the phone and in tbr surgery. GP was kind, caring, listened carefully to the issues and sent the necessary referral, whilst reassuring myself and my daughter. Cannot recommend this surgery highly enough. I have always got an on-the-day appointment if needed and had great help from all staff

  4. Review titled Not inpressed

Rated 3 stars out of 5

I have been with this practise for over 30 years and never have I arrived for an appointment and been told I was put down as a no-show. And would have to wait for the nurse to fit me in. I did not know I was to book in with the nurse as no one else who came in after me did. How many people go and sit in the surgery for anything other than a appointment.

  5. Review titled Quality practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have been a patient at this practice for many years and would not have stayed had I not received excellent care. Recently I contacted the surgery to request an appointment and was given a telephone appointment. I am happy with this system as when the need arises ( as in this case) the doctor advised that I attended the surgery for a double appointment. The outcome of my visit was that I went for a chest x-ray and some blood tests. The doctor also arranged for me to return a few days later to have my knees injected. I have had this treatment in the past but have always had to attend at the hospital. An ever better aspect was the lack of pain during the procedure compared to the past. the result of my blood test showed a vitamin deficiency and medication was prescribed. And the results of the x-ray also resulted in treatment being prescribed. I was also called to the nurse to discuss the full results of the blood tests which routinely happens every twelve months. Throughout my treatment everything was clearly explained to me, all my questions were answered and I felt my opinions mattered. As always the reception staff were friendly and helpful. When contacting the surgery I never ask to see a specific doctor as the quality of care is maintained by the whole team. The team at this surgery have my trust, thanks and respect.
