I had a lipoma removed from my arm. I was treated with respect . The procedure was done under local anaesthetic and was painless. I am pleased with the result.

The appointment was arranged very quickly, I had sebaceous cysts on my scalp removed. Overall I would rate the experience as excellent, I was treated with respect and found it to be very efficient.

Went for routine check up and it couldn’t gone better. Staff are lovely and helpful. Felt at ease and answered all my questions. Didn’t feel like they were rushing me.

I attended minor surgery clinic and was seen very quickly, the job was done quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful I even got a chocolate coin for being brave 😂

I have been with this practice for many years. Its run by a wonderful GP who specialises in sports injuries, who has been there ever since I joined, along with his team of dedicated staff. Although my most recent appointment was non urgent I was still seen promptly within 2 weeks. I could have been seen earlier at a nearby practice but preferred to be seen by familiar clinicians. The clinician also took a blood sample at my appointment, so as to get it off for testing that evening, a procedure normally carried out by the nurse at a later appointment. Given the difficulties faced by the NHS at the moment, along with the multifaceted health issues presented by the demographics of the area in which I live, this practice has risen to the challenges and continues to provide the excellent service I have become used to over the years.
