Very efficient overall. Extremely clean and clinical. Receptionist extremely helpful and pleasant. Felt able to ask questions and was given straight forward answers. Was nervous but put at ease. Much more accessible to visit rather than a main hospital

I have had a minor surgery in this place and I was so nervous. The team was very caring and helpful. Music in the room was calm and allowed me to relax. I would recommend this place and that surgery team to everyone

My own GP referred me to this practice for minor surgery. I received an appointment shortly after referral for about three weeks time which was very satisfactory for a non-urgent issue. On arrival at the practice I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and the Doctor saw me on time. The Doctor was professional and friendly and took a pragmatic and clinical decision to carry out the minor surgery on three areas rather than just the one included in my GP referral letter. Overall I was totally satisfied and I would not have been treated any better if had gone to a private clinic (which I used to do when I was in a work's medical plan prior to retirement).
