Reception staff are shocking. Wait around 30/45 mins on average to get through. When you do eventually get through they just say you will get a text on your mobile and will need to fill out a form? I wanted an appointment with my doctor, but was sent a link with no form to it. Walked to the gp, and explained this to receptionists, get a text later that day saying they will remove me from the gp because I was verbally abusive? They have cameras in the GP. Please look back at the footage. I have now moved on to a new GP. Feel really awful and extremely sorry for the people who are stuck here, this surgery should be closed down, the duty of care to its patients is shocking. There is no empathy for their patients what's so ever. Looking at the reviews you have so far it shows what a bad surgery this place is. Maybe if you changed all the receptionists this place may still have a chance. Avoid!

The receptionist alone might be one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. Called at 8:02am for an emergency appointment after already speaking to 111 during the night. Told the receptionist this. She refused. I asked for a phone consultation or if I can just send the videos of my symptoms to the doctor.. she said no. Said I should call again next week. Hung up the phone on me. Then when I called back she put me on hold for 28 minutes. I felt so belittled and awful. Such a terrible way to be treated when you are looking for healthcare. I am so sorry for anyone who has got stuck at this GP. I am moving GPs, I cant take this anymore. This place should be closed.

The reception staff are extremely rude. They never answer the phone. On one occasion I walked in the surgery with the phone ringing on my mobile and I could see the reception staff were have a chit chat and not answering the phone. This is disgusting and very disappointing. I hope the surgery can change the staff. Also I needed a blood test and they said they are short of needles and the reception staff declined me on a blood test even though the doctor had asked me to get one at the reception. Absolutely disgusting.
