Review titled Treated like a family
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Kate - Posted on 20 June 2024
i have been with this practice for 10ish years and cannot remember a bad visit. It already feels like second home and i am confident that if i ever need help i will get professional, decent and rational attitude. I would like to mention that i recently met a female doctor that haven't seen previoisly. I've met her twice and was taken seriously on each occasion. She is very understanding, calm and explains things well and ensures agreed plan is actioned. Suffering with bipolar means times to times anxiety kicks in and I turn into pretty frequent patient, but was never greeted with annoyance or anger. Thank you for your patience, total dedication and for being you!

Review titled Great doctors, but not all receptionists
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 24 April 2024
The doctors I've seen in surgery are absolutely amazing. Especially lady ones i So understanding and very professional. But some of the reception staff I'm scared to talk to as I know i will get attitude of I don't care! I've spoken about this to one of the managers and she was absolutely fantastic, and she managed to sort my query. It's a shame, that some of the staff are not helpful at all.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It's wonderful to hear that you've had positive interactions with the doctors, especially noting their professionalism and understanding. It's also great that the manager was able to address your concerns effectively. However, I am sorry to hear about the negative experiences you have had with some of the reception staff. Your feedback is valuable, and it's important for all staff members to provide a supportive and caring environment. Hopefully, with continued feedback and communication, improvements can be made to ensure everyone feels comfortable and respected. Lucie Moore Operations Manager

Review titled Records mishandling and painful registration process
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Naomi - Posted on 06 February 2023
I put in my registration with the surgery in 2022. Around August/September. I didn’t know whether my registration had gone through. I leave super early for work so I didn’t have the time to go keep checking. Then in early February I had a day off and went to check the status of my registration. I was shocked to learn that my registration had not been completed because I needed to confirm whether I have a middle name. This is regardless of the lady who accepted my registration form having scrutinized my form, even making me fill in previous addresses in another country which I was subsequently asked to delete when I came back in February. At this time I was pretty ill and I have completely lost my voice. My form was retrieved (a different lady this time was attending to me) and there was a sticky note saying I was called in October last year to confirm whether I had a middle name. The middle name was included in this question and it was in my documents anyway which is why they knew it was the one - there was no need for the confirmation. The said say I was out of the country and not roaming, so obviously the call didn’t come through. The form was set aside. I did confirm when I went back that yes indeed I had a middle name and that was the name. I was made to delete previous address in the other country this time. Okayish until this point. Obviously I couldn’t book an appointment because I wasn’t registered. Asked how long till the registration is not completed. I was told call us next week on Monday. Which I did. After releasing my name and date of birth a few times, I was told my form could not be found. Basically my registration form, with my sensitive personal data, had been lost. Could I go to the surgery and fill another form? I was at the airport about to leave the country I said I was calling to close this loop but I can’t go. To which the answer was I should go register with a doctor in the country where I am going. Which is ridiculous because I live here. The fact that my form with my information could not be accounted for didn’t seem to be a big deal either. I should just go fill another form. Not even an offer to check more keenly was made. It was just like sorry I put your form in the drawer and it’s missing and this happens sometimes so just come fill another one. To say I am bummed is an understatement. And to run salt onto the wound being casually told to go register with a doctor where I am going (for holiday!).
