My daughter contacted the practice today with suspected tonsillitis. Prompt response to her initial call with a request for photos. Photos provided and consultation with GP followed and a prescription for antibiotics. Great service and thank you very much for all you do.

I had a potentially serious health issue overnight and contacted the surgery through the App. Within a few hours I was contacted, an appointment made, assessment and diagnosis undertaken by an excellent GP who gave advice, sent a prescription through to a local pharmacy and booked in a follow up appointment. This is primary care at its best.

The GP saw me within 3-days of calling. The issue was unusual as it crossed into Dental/MaxFac. Complete honesty from the off in his minimal experience of this area. Discussed and agreed options. Felt listened to throughout.
