   Waited in all.day for call off doctor.couldnt even ring back..had emails saying was ringing me +when rang said would ring me.but never.awful practice

   Had some serious issues recently, 111 told me once to get an emergency GP appointment which they refused me and told me to go elsewhere. I've needed more apps since and even when I was the first to call I had to wait over a week. That system doesn't work in this doctors anymore unfortunately! They never take you seriously either!
