   I checked on the NHS website and the medical centre's own website, both state the surgery is open until 18:30. But having arrived at 18:20, I found the entrance locked. The receptionist told me through the intercom, the centre is only open til 18:00. Please change the opening times on your the websites so no one else had a wasted journey.
