The doctor prescribed antibiotics for my infection and they went straight to the pharmacy. I had a query regarding short term medication stop dates but this was explained to me by the pharmacist.

The nurse made me feel stupid and like an idiot. Not polite and didn't listen. I asked several questions that she didn't answer or changed the subject. I felt her to be quite aggressive in her manner. I am a helth care person and would not treat my patients like that, bad day or not

I attended for my annual review. Checked in & was directed to waiting area by cheerful receptionist. Called in on time by a nurse who instantly put me at my ease. Procedures conducted efficiently but with no sense of rush. The atmosphere at the surgery was relaxed, friendly & efficient. Well done!

The doctor that I seen for my diabetic review could not have been more helpful the bruising from my blood test was none existent the advice that she gave was informative and extremely helpful, she was good at her job, I wish her well in her chosen career

Medicine review with one of the nurses. Excellent at locating vein for blood samples leaving no trace. Showed concern for my well being following recent prostate surgery due to cancer diagnosis. Offered appropriate advice to aid recovery from surgery. Arranged a follow up appointment with GP for the following week.

All reception staff very pleasant and efficient. The nurse I saw for my yearly check up was very pleasant and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I feel that this practice makes me feel as if they care about me. So pleased I am with practice now. Thank you

Very good advice from the Dr and the time frame 08.30 to 1pm was met. Had discussion on moving forward and action for me to take and then update surgery for notes on my record for future appointments if required.
