  1. Review titled No appointments

Rated 3 stars out of 5

We are told to call at 8am only to be told there are no appointments for the week or emergency appointments for the same day, so how do we see a Dr?. I received a text asking to make an appointment to review my blood test results and cant get one, this was 4 weeks ago, my son has rang 2 days on trot as he is in pain and can't work only to be told both times there are no appointments, I know it isn't the staffs fault but something has to be done about this and quick.

  2. Review titled Getting an appointment is impossible

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Tried several times to get an appointment only to be told none are available. days without sleep due to pain but staff don't seem to be bothered. If you want a Doctor A&E or going private is quicker.

  3. Review titled Rudeness

Rated 3 stars out of 5

Upon arriving at surgery and politely asking why this is the 3rd urine sample i am giving without any results, i was told the previous samples were contaminated but that would be an issue at the lab not at the sugery. I was then “asked” So do i want to give another sample or not. . . .

  4. Review titled Lack of Empathy

Rated 3 stars out of 5

Post operation having problems when passing urine. Asked to give sample one week ago. Rang surgery but told no results as yet. Went on line later and saw that sample contaminated and i will have to give another sample. This will be my 3rd sample with no results, so still in discomfort for over a week with no explanation from the surgery. Poor practice and a lack of empathy to what i am going through.
